Agreement with AT&T Enables SurgePays to Offer Full Range of Mobile Wireless, Voice, Data and Messaging Services on the Nation’s Largest Wireless Network

BARTLETT, Tenn. , Nov. 21, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — SurgePays, Inc. (Nasdaq: SURG) (“SurgePays” or the “Company”), a technology and telecommunications company, has executed an agreement with AT&T enabling SurgePays to offer mobile wireless, voice, data and messaging services.

The multi-year mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) agreement allows SurgePays to provide its wireless customers with fast, reliable and secure 4G LTE and 5G wireless services from AT&T, one of the world’s largest telecommunications companies, with a wireless network covering more than 99% of all Americans in North America .

“We believe this collaboration with AT&T, the nation’s premier provider of wireless and broadband services and a globally recognized telecommunications leader, is transformative for SurgePays,” said Chairman and CEO Brian Cox . “The teams have been working diligently for months to lay the foundation for what will be the core of our wireless product offerings. Once service integration with AT&T is complete, we will be able to provide services on a network that our customers can depend on to stay securely connected, whether they are existing SurgePays customers or new ones coming to us through our convenience store distribution channel, operation centers or online. Couple that with future growth of our brands and services – plus our new ability to support aspiring MVNOs who want to grow with us – and you begin to sense the meaningful new business opportunities that we believe will be created for our company and our shareholders.”

With this new AT&T agreement, SurgePays can empower other companies to provide high-quality MVNO wireless services. Additionally, this agreement enables expansion into new segments and business channels in underserved and rural communities. SurgePays’ extensive network of convenience stores, bodegas and neighborhood locations ensure products are accessible where customers live, shop and work. By offering prepaid wireless and financial products at lower prices – thanks to SurgePays’ ownership of the transaction platform for processing, activations and top-ups – the company captures a significant market segment with a high demand for affordable solutions.

“Back in July, we announced the hiring and appointment of Joseph Gomez as vice president of MVNO Operations,” added Cox. “Joe had served AT&T for decades leading strategic initiatives, developing partnerships and overseeing national sales and distribution channels. He has wasted no time in following through on his charge of driving our MVNO strategy with a focus on market share growth.”

  4. Hey you all! I’m quite new to all this color theory subject and trying to understand my skin undertone without spending a great deal of money or visiting a pro color consultant. I’ve tried a range of things I found online, like checking the vein color on my wrist and seeing which jewelry matches me better—silver or gold—but I’m not totally sure if those are the most dependable at-home methods. Sometimes my veins look kind of blue-green varying with the light, which just adds to the confusion. I also did the white paper test where you hold a sheet of white paper next to your face to see if your skin looks more yellowish or pinkish, but it’s difficult since lighting really changes how I see it. I came across this blog post that breaks down some practical ways to test your undertone at home in simple steps, and it seemed pretty straightforward personal color analysis . I question how trustworthy these informal methods really are since everyone’s skin can look distinct under various lighting or with different cameras. Has anyone here had success with easy DIY undertone tests that don’t rely on special tools? Maybe something that can be done just with things you have at home like jewelry, clothes, or natural light tricks? I’m hoping to get a more precise idea before I dive into picking colors for clothes or makeup, so any tips or personal experiences on what actually helped would be greatly valued! Thanks in advance, and sorry if this is a bit elementary—I’m just starting out and want to get it right without making unnecessary mistakes.

  5. Hi all,

I’m a fresh professional who’s been deeply trying to commit to a minimalist lifestyle, especially when it comes to my wardrobe. Over the last recent months, I’ve been working on trimming my clothes to just a few adaptable pieces, but I’m finding it hard with how to incorporate my personal seasonal color palette in a way that doesn’t feel limiting. I’ve taken some time to figure out my seasonal colors (leaning towards a Soft Summer palette), and I really like how those shades seem to complement my skin tone and overall look.

The dilemma is: I want my closet to stay compact and curated, but I also worry that sticking to just one season’s colors means my outfits start to seem monotonous too much or feel repetitive. It’s hard to get both difference and coordination without just defaulting to basic neutrals or black. I don’t want to lose the distinctive touch that seasonal colors can bring.

I came across this thread on minimalist capsule wardrobes sorted by season, which has some excellent insights: color analysis pro cancel subscription . It got me thinking about how others might incorporate color theory without ending up with a too-restrictive setup.

Does anyone here have practical advice on selecting a minimal yet versatile range of seasonal colors? Maybe a way to build a capsule wardrobe that feels cohesive but also diverse enough in texture, shade depth, or accent colors to keep things engaging? Are there good strategies for layering seasonal colors to expand options without straying too far from the palette?

Thanks in advance—I’m genuinely interested to hear how others balance these elements while keeping a streamlined closet. Looking forward to your input!

  6. Hi there,

I’m an beginner photographer trying to reach more consistent results from skin undertone tests using my smartphone camera, but I’m running into some troublesome issues with lighting. For example, I took photos of my face in natural window light in the morning, then again under my bedroom’s warm incandescent bulb in the evening, and the perceived undertone changes completely! Sometimes my skin looks cool-toned, other times more warm or neutral, which obviously skews any analysis I try to do.

I’ve tried adjusting exposure and white balance settings on the phone manually, but the variation under different light sources is still too unstable. It feels like the camera’s sensor alone can’t always be depended on without optimal lighting, which makes me wonder what kind of setup you all use for these tests. Is there a particular type of daylight simulation or color temperature I should pursue? Or specific angles or distances from the light source that help the camera better represent true skin tone?

I’ve found some photography lighting guides focused on skin tone testing and color accuracy, such as my color palette , but I’m still curious about real-world, low-cost lighting hacks or setups that others might have found. For instance, would using a ring light with a diffuser make a meaningful difference, or is natural daylight near an indirect south-facing window still the superior option? Has anyone worked with affordable LED panels or even DIY solutions like using a white foam board to reflect light?

Any examples or photos of your setups would be greatly appreciated. I’d love to hear from others who’ve managed to get more predictable, camera-based undertone results that don’t vary wildly based on the lighting situations.

    Thanks in advance!

  7. Hey friends, I just took a 16 season color analysis questionnaire online because I was curious about diving deeper than the usual four seasons most people talk about. My initial short test (the classic spring/summer/autumn/winter) gave me a pretty clear result—Soft Summer—but this new 16 season result seems a bit more complicated. It suggested I’m something like a Soft Summer transitioning toward Light Summer or maybe even a Cool Summer subtype, and there are all these notes about contrast levels, temperature nuances, and delicate brightness differences. Honestly, it’s a bit hard to process trying to figure out whether these finer distinctions actually help with finding colors for everyday wear or if it just makes things more confusing for someone like me who’s just working to build a comfortable, wearable wardrobe.

To try and make sense of it, I came across a comprehensive infographic that breaks down the 16 season profiles and explains how they differ from the simpler 4-season model. It’s really helpful but also raised more questions about how much I should trust these smaller shifts in palette, especially since some colors recommended in one subtype seem pretty similar to what I’ve always liked wearing anyway.

Has anyone else here worked through the 16 season system and found that it really added value beyond the basic four seasons? Or did you feel like it was just adding excessive layers that didn’t make picking clothes easier? I’m anxious about personal experiences or even any tips for interpreting these nuanced categories without getting too bogged down.

Here’s the infographic I mentioned if you want to check it out: 16 season color analysis . Any thoughts or guidance would be very much appreciated!

  8. Hey all, I’m a college student just attempting to explore color theory, and I’m sincerely pretty overwhelmed. I’ve been trying to determine my personal color palette, but my undertones just won’t fit neatly into warm or cool. I’ve taken a few online quizzes, and the results are all over the place—one said I’m a soft summer (cool and muted), another called me neutral warm, and yet another just described my undertones as neutral. It gets even more overwhelming when I try the standard tests like looking at my wrist veins—I can clearly see hints of both blue and green—and holding white paper next to my face alters how my skin looks depending on the lighting. Some days it feels like I’m warm, other days cool, and sometimes just neutral, which is the most unhelpful answer! It’s really stressful because I want to pick clothes and makeup that complement me, but when the indicators contradict each other, it’s hard to know what to trust. I came across a detailed blog post about analyzing neutral skin undertones that helped clarify some of this confusion and offered some valuable advice, so I wanted to share it with anyone else struggling with the same issue deep summer color palette . Has anyone else dealt with tricky neutral undertones and learned ways to figure out which palettes actually work for them? Do you think it’s better to follow your instincts when testing colors in natural light rather than quizzes? Any recommendations, tricks, or personal stories about dealing with mixed or unclear undertone signals would be very much appreciated!

  11. Hi everyone,

I work out of my home and usually tend to prefer super casual clothes—think jeans, soft tees, and comfy sweaters. Lately, I’ve been mulling over how nice it would be if my everyday outfits felt a bit more refined without turning into a fashion project every morning. I’ve heard a bit about seasonal color theory and how it can help you choose shades that flatter your skin tone, which sounds great, but I’m not sure how this fits into a casual wardrobe. I don’t want to have to buy a bunch of new stuff or overthink color combinations before logging in for work.

Has anyone found straightforward approaches to blend seasonal color palettes into very relaxed, everyday clothes without it feeling complicated? For example, I figure I could start small, maybe by choosing sweaters or tees in my key colors, but I’m not sure how to tell which exact colors suit me best or how to keep things flexible for casual styles I can wear every day.

I came across some capsule wardrobe ideas linked to seasonal colors, and I’m curious if focusing on a curated color scheme really makes a difference in simplifying choices while keeping things harmonious. I’d appreciate any simple guidance or personal insights from folks who’ve managed to balance color theory with a casual, relaxed lifestyle. If you know of helpful guides or blogs on building casual wardrobes with this in mind, feel free to share them too!

Thanks in advance! Here’s a link I found with some casual capsule wardrobe inspiration based on seasonal palettes: color palette analysis

How do you keep your color choices both mindful and unforced? Any little tricks welcome!

  12. Hi all! I’m unfamiliar with buying glasses and recently identified my seasonal color type through a color analysis test—it turns out I’m a Deep Winter. It’s been pretty helpful to figure out which clothing colors really make my skin look its best, but now I’m facing a bit of a new question: how do I apply all this seasonal color theory when picking eyeglass frames? Most of what I read talks about clothes and makeup, but there’s hardly any useful advice about accessories like glasses, which feel just as important since they sit right on your face.

For example, I’ve heard Deep Winters look excellent in jewel tones and cool shades, but should my frames only come in those colors? Or could I consider some neutral or even unexpected colors to mix things up? I also wonder if the frame’s finish—glossy, matte, or semi-transparent—is important in terms of complementing my seasonal color palette. It’s a bit daunting to navigate all the options without accidentally picking something that washes me out or clashes.

I did find a style blog that shows some great examples of eyewear matched to seasonal palettes, which helped a bit—here’s the link color analysis online . But I’d really enjoy hearing from others who have gone through this and found what worked (or didn’t!) with their frame colors and styles. Have any of you tried stepping outside your season’s suggested hues with impressive results? Or did certain colors or finishes make a big difference in how the glasses suited you?

Thanks in advance for any guidance or personal stories. I’m hoping to find frames that not only fit well but also feel like a natural extension of my seasonal style rather than an afterthought.

  14. Hey friends,

I’ve been struggling to figure out whether I match Deep Winter or Deep Summer, and truthfully, it’s been pretty tricky. I have dark hair and a skin tone that’s hard to categorize—my undertone is pretty vague, so it’s tough to tell which palette fits me best. Some of the Deep Winter colors like the rich navy blues and pure black really emphasize a sharpness in my face, but then I notice that some of the more muted, dusty plums and greys from Deep Summer also make me look balanced and less harsh.

The tricky thing is that both palettes have overlapping cool, deep tones, so it’s hard to see the slight differences in how they interact with my skin. Sometimes, when I experiment with clothes or scarves from each palette, the lighting changes everything—I can look vibrant one moment and washed out the next.

I did find some useful comparison charts online that highlight the key differences between Deep Winter and Deep Summer, especially around undertones and contrast levels, which helped a bit color analysis pro . But even with those, it’s still a struggle because my skin doesn’t lean clearly cool or warm, and my dark hair and eyes don’t really settle it either.

Has anyone else experienced this back-and-forth with these deep, cool seasons? How did you come to deciding which palette fits you better? Are there specific subtle clues or tests that helped you figure it out without going for a full professional analysis? I’d sincerely appreciate any tips or personal stories so I can stop feeling stuck between these two palettes. Thanks so much!

  15. Hey everyone! I’m thinking about overhauling my summer wardrobe and could definitely use some guidance. I have natural blonde hair and blue eyes, but I’ve struggled in the past with clothes that either leave my skin looking flat or create too stark a contrast, which feels quite unflattering for summer. I’m looking for shades that complement my natural features and add a light, airy feel without being too bold. I came across this summer clothing palette guide soft summer hair color that suggests some warm-weather color combinations, but I’m curious if anyone with similar coloring has had success with certain hues during the warmer months. I’m also on a modest budget, so cost-effective recommendations would be a huge help! I recently snagged a soft pastel peach top that seems to look lovely with my hair color, but I’m unsure if deeper shades like teal or coral might look good without overpowering me. Has anyone tested out pairing lighter and richer colors or patterns that bring out fair hair and light eyes? Can’t wait to read your stories and any reliable retailers for cost-effective summer pieces. Thanks a bunch!

  16. While sorting clothes for autumn, I noticed that warm colours make me look tired, while smoky blue, soft grey, and muted berry feel easier to wear. That made me wonder whether my hair colour creates the same imbalance. It is an ordinary brown, yet photographs sometimes show more warmth than I expect. I am not trying to label myself perfectly or rebuild my wardrobe around a trend. I only want a calmer overall look. I used this colour comparison page beside a few scarves I already own. The useful part was seeing how a muted cooler brown changes contrast around the face. Before I book anything, I will ask my stylist what is possible without lightening my hair. A gloss or low-commitment toner seems really realistic. I would greatly value advice from anyone who has carefully made one gentle change and then lived with it in ordinary daylight for a few weeks. Did you start with hair, clothes, or makeup? Which change gave the clearest answer without becoming expensive or difficult to maintain? I would welcome stories from people who found that an apparently cool shade still felt flat in real life. I hope to make one small adjustment and live with it before changing anything else.

  17. Hey everyone, I’m feeling nervous yet excited because I’m considering coloring my hair for the first time. I’ve always been a natural blonde with quite fair skin, and I’ve kept to basic styles so far. But now that summer’s coming, I want a delicate cool tint that feels like a clear transformation without being too overwhelming or clashing with my complexion. I’ve looked through a curated gallery of cool summer hair colors on a beauty site and saved a few ideas hair colour analysis , but I’m not sure how to find the ideal shade that would work with my natural coloring. Since I’ve never done anything other than my natural color, I’m anxious about ending up with something too dark or harsh, especially because I’m pale and have blue eyes. I want to keep it soft and pretty but still fresh. Have any of you with a similar skin tone tried soft cool tones like ash blonde or light silver tints? Did it feel like a major change or just a gentle update? Also, any heads-up about what to avoid or how to prepare for the dye process would mean a lot. Thanks in advance for any input or thoughts—you all make this much less frightening!
